Ive been thinking of doing a double batch with one grain bill by doing a second mash/runnings. Ive seen a video of somebody doing this with an imperial stout with over 8kg of grain and then using the same grain bill for a second batch that came out as a normal strength stout. I was thinking i could do it with an ipa too, with the first beer being a traditional double strength ipa and the second being a 4% or so ipa. Has anybody done this i would appreciate any advice on how to go about it.

Interesting, might have to do a bit more research before i can work out what recipe to use then, looks pretty complicated
