Been trying to work out why my chiller wasn't working the last couple of days . . . I mean it's out in the shed, and it's a wee bit nippy out there so I sort of guessed that the ice bath had frozen. Had the chance today to thaw it out . . . still no joy . . Really puzzled as to what was happening, so moved the plug from the temp controlled output onto a normal socket . . . at it sprang into life.

Then I realised that I hadn't plugged the 12V supply into the temp controller . . . so the CO relay wasn't being 'energised', and hence the power wasn't being switched. . . . BIMBO!!
However, happy that it is now working . . . Have put a polycarbonate lid on the FV so that I can see what is happening in there.
