I completed AG#3 and pitched my yeast into it over 48hours ago now and there is just no sign of any activity - no krausen and no airlock activity.
It's a Southern Brown Ale with OG 1038 and the yeast is a Wyeast SmackPack 1099 Whitbread. He pack swelled slightly but not loads and I pitched at about 19degrees ish.
Anyone have any ideas? Has anyone used this yeast before and if so, how did you find it?
