Does fizzy water bottles need sterilising?

I have some un opened carbonated natural mineral water 500ml bottles.

:idea: Can I empty them and then bottle my TC straight into them without washing/sterilising ?

I have used 2 litre fizzy water bottles for beer storage for years (my wife wont drink tap water) with no contamination problems. I automatically rinse them under the tap (I dont know why, it just come naturally). I had a problem in that taking out one drink stirred up the yeast, and I have been considering alternative solutions. What I have decided to do as I drink about 1 litre a day of my basic beer, (mild) is to keep a bottle in the fridge (no cold haze with mild) and decant the beer carefully into a 2 litre fridge plastic milk jug. Being cold it should retain its fizz for one day and not oxidize, and I can drink it as required.
