My next brew is going to be a coopers irish stout. I am going to pimp it up and was thinking of :
1 tin of coopers irish stout.
1.5kg dark spray malt.
100g cacao powder.
2 vanilla pods.
3 shots of expresso.
Boil the cacao powder in some water with 1 of the vanilla pods and add to the primary. The other vanilla pod will be steeped in some rum (because I have no vodka ) and added to taste when the fermentation is dying down.
Does this sound like it will make a tasty beer?
