Ok am I being over adventurous here?

I have a list of brews I want to make that is getting longer; in fact each time I get a brew completed I have another 2 beers on that list.

So I want to do 2 brews in 1 day. I have the FV’s for it but do I have the time to do it?

This weekend (assuming the grains turn up) I am going to try an Effin German pils and maybe a SGSH beer (probably maris otter and challenger hops)

While 1 is boiling get the second one into the cleaned mash tun.

It could be a long day but a fun one! Or am I biting of more than I can chew here??

Three in a day is possible.

Watch out for that Effin German Pils, I wouldn't make it again It came out too much like Trashy Blonde or 77 . . . which if you like that Brewdog rawness is fine.

I would move the 15min flavour addition back to 90 minutes and reduce the qty accordingly so that it still had around 40 IBU.

It will certainly be a long day, but I have done it quite a few times.
Best achieved with a timer on your HLT and out of bed before the sparrow has had a chance to think about farting....

Write yourself a plan. Used to be called "critical path analysis" but probably some unrecognisable yankee term by now!
You might be surprised how much time you have between getting the first brew into the boiler and getting the second mashed in - otherwise you can end up with a 4-5 hour mash!

If you boil the first for 90 mins, cool to 80C, rest for 30 mins for an 80C steep, then cool to 20C, then rest for 60 mins as I often do, then get a slow run off, you will wish you had two boilers.
Have at least one spare FV to hand to "store" the first wort from the second mash (an underback).

Don't start drinking until you are very near the end - you will probably be very tired and start to make cock-ups
