I've got a couple of Beaverdale wine kits which have completed fermentation.
I've added the stabiliser and am currently degassing them.
Do I need to add the Kieselsol and then Chitosan to clear them or can I just leave them to clear naturally?
I'm not in a rush to bottle the wines so I'm happy to wait a few months if necessary.
