Having just bottled my Cyder and bitter, all i can think about is "whats next in the fermenter?", As I am new to this brewing caper, i dont want to run before i can walk.
I am also boring the Jeebus out of the chaps at work too.
ps I also get a buzz out of making/finding use for stuff in the brew process too. :thumb:

Is there a course of action? :wha:

or will "Just add more beer" moto will suffice. :party: :

The only problem you have is deciding what to brew next and how soon it should go in the fermentor.
If you find your getting too excited I prescribe Going All Grain, That will take you past excitement and into uncontrolable!
