do i filter again??

morning all ive just juiced 2 gollons of apples the juice is a red colour off the skins is this ok?? now i hav it standing in the DJs and the juice is seperating with alot of sludge half way up the DJ. Do I filter again can I add me yeast now please ??? :thumb: :hmm:

BTW, I pressed some last weekend and my juice also has a pink tinge.

Entirely up to you, it will sediment out later, did you strain it through any sort of muslin or nylon bag in the first place?

Are you making wine or cider?

yes put liquid through sive and making cider
