DME STARTER

Hi all,
I all with a DME starter that im going to split into 6,advice please lets say over 48 hours it's fermenting well, do I split it or do I let it ferment all out then split it?, and once in the fridge how long will it last, as much advice on this please in newbie terms :mrgreen: .

I would let it ferment out before splitting.
Pour the excess fluid off and split as you require.
Keep in fridge for 2-3 months or freeze and keep indefinitely.
