I’m trying to work out a list to order all the pieces I require to set up a two keg system.

I was wondering if someone could look at their setup and note down all the bits involved.

This is my first attempt at kegging, it seems like there are so many parts stocked at these suppliers, and no real ‘shopping list,

I am stuck on selecting a dispensing tap.

As I understand it, it depends what you want to dispense. I alternate between a bitter and an IPA.

I wanted to get all the kit, then have a day set aside to put it all together.

I am also looking for a comprehensive video on the complete process.

I would have thought a supplier would have this, since they want to sell the kit, but no luck finding one as yet.

So if anyone has a link to a good video on the complete process, and a list of parts, that would be most welcome 😊

I’ll second Brewkegtap.

Also, have you decided how to dispense? Will you use a fridge and make a ‘kegerator’ or use simple picnic style taps that attach directly to the keg?

It will affect what stuff you’ll want to buy.

The Malt Miller have also done some decent videos on their YouTube channel about building kegerators.

Just search malt miller kegerator on YouTube and they’ll come up. Easy to follow 👍

Seems very complicated nowadays, I bought a fermentasauras hoping to ferment in vessel, remove trub and just dispense from there as both my barrels were occupied. But … do I trust the party tap contraption to not leak? No so now thinking of moving to kegs and find I will be buying loads of gas adapters and other stuff. So like the op would already shopping list.

This is where i am at so far with the list:
Premium AEB 19 Litre New Stainless Keg – TWIN Pack £215.00

NukaTap – FC – Flow Control – G2. Stainless Steel Beer Tap £37.99

Micro Matic Bottle Mounted CO2 Regulator £64.95

Keg Disconnect Set Inc. JG Fittings £14.00

3/8 Natural Beer/Gas Line – Valpar GEN-X £0.95 (per metre)

Given that the suplier I wanted to use hasn't got much in at present, I've been looking at suppliers/makes.

The one Tanglefoot sugested is good, but alas, sold out.

I see they have in stock kegland kegs, which looking at the video below, do look very good.

I have no experence with this, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the Kegland in the video.

Looks like you’re well on your way.
Only thing I’d say is I’ve found reconditioned kegs to be excellent, and probably available at not far off half the price of the new ones you’ve got there.

By all means go new if you wish, but don’t be put off by reconditioned ones…

Thank you.

I'm begining to wonder if I'll ever get set up.

I've called two gas companies, they have gas, but nothing to put it in!!!!

Is anyone on the forum using gas in Doncaster?
