Top tip, the if you struggle to get these into your fermenting fridge due to their height, the plastic bottom comes off easily. I assume it's there to insulate it from a cold floor, so it's wouldn't be needed in temp controlled fridge.
 
How does this compare to the GF30. It's obviously a lot cheaper (£99.95 v £569.99), and has a slightly smaller capacity (25L v 30L), but with the GF30 having temperature control, is the added expense of the GF30 worth it?

I don't really think you can compare them. Gf 30 has ports for glycol chiller and must be double walled etc. the MJ is a simple metal bucket.

Personally I can't see the justification for a £600 fermenter.

Cheaper option. ( If available)
