It was a headache trying to find a cheep and reliable online shop for 3 days. How could I missed this? :)

I am Paul, a newbie here, but not a newbie brewer overall. I've been brewing beers in my home county for years. I recently moved to London and will be shipping all my equipment across the whole Europe. I can't stand the commercial beer from the shops here :)

If any online seller doesn't list thier contact address or a phone number i dont use them. A check of companies house doesn't come back with any details either

Just noticed the date of the OP - well i hope you got your gear and if not...then the above maybe usefull for the bailiffs.

I placed an order with these on 5th december wish I had looked around now, had an email saying items were not in stock changed the order now had no replies to emails at all tried that number but its a fax that answers.

Paid thru paypal so guess I should claim back thru them

After a chat to Paul my package has been sent today from them and will be with me tommrow, the gug seemed genuine to me on thd phone and explained the problems he has had with the site and people, to the point he is thinking of closing it down and just concerntratng on just the shop, I will update when items arrive
