Hi all,
Has anybody brewed this courage Directors ale in a kit.
If so what is it like when it has been in a bottle for a while and also how long is it best left for before having a quick snifter.
It has been in the FV now for 3 weeks but has only got down to 1015, which it says on the kit instructions is fine but would I be able to get it down anymore after this tim.
But most of all is it a nice pint when it is finally made.
