By Midday tomorrow I will post here some "local knowledge" directions to the brewery to aid your SatNav, Map etc guidance.

All hope this helps, I am assuming that you can all find your way onto the A5 around Atherstone so have given directions from there (will start at M42 jct 10 actually). The directions are based upon your approach from West to East, however if you are travelling East to West on the A5 you will need to go past the exit I am about to describe and double back at a roundabout (200m from exit) and travel West to East anyway!

M42 Jct 10 – take the A5 eastbound, signposted Atherstone, Nuneaton
At the next roundabout (Dordon) 2nd exit (straight on) keeping on the A5
(There will be an Esso Station on your left and another filling station on your right)
At the next roundabout (Grendon) 2nd exit again (straight on) keeping on the A5 (there are two pubs on this Island)
At the next roundabout (Holly Lane Ind Est B4116) it’s 2nd exit again keeping on the A5
**If you are travelling East to West this is the roundabout that you need to double-back on!
The road then expands to have 2 lanes, keep in the left lane and take the 1st exit you come to (about 100m) (TNT hub on your left)
This exit takes you on a tight circle and you double back under the A5

You are now heading into Atherstone, stay on this road it has the train station on your right, then bends quite sharply to the right, then takes you past a co-op store and a garage, you will go over a pedestrian crossing and then come to a painted mini-roundabout. Turn right here onto Coleshill Road.

Continue along Coleshill Road past a pub called “The Barge & Barrel” and over a canal bridge, you will go through a residential street which eventually changes into a country road just after Atherstone Golf Club on the Left (Still Coleshill Rd), you will see the golf course on your left hand side as you continue on this road there is a large and long stone wall on your right. You travel uphill and then downhill and where the road bends to the right there is a junction to the left that you need to take, signposted “Ridge Lane” and there is a TI Sign for “Hartshill Hayes Country Park” and “Purley Chase Golf Course”.

Once you turn left you are on quite a windy country lane (take care on here and watch for the odd Deer or two!) stay on this road ignoring small gravel tracks, you don’t want those, eventually you will come to a junction with a large white pub “The White Hart” on it, turn right here onto Ridge Lane.

Continue down ridge lane past a convenience store on your left on your right is a row of terraced houses, between the last terraced house and the first semi-detached house there is a small tarmac drive, this leads to the brewery car park!

Hope that helps!

We are looking to get a PAYG mobile number added to the Spring Thing website in case you get lost, hope to have that up today for you to make a note of.
