Hi just introducing myself, I've just done my first two all grain brews and am keen to learn from other uk brewers. Personally a big fan of hoppy beers, and my first all grain attempts have been two snpa clone recipies which have turned out fairly tasty, even though I did have a stuck ferment due to the yeast going to sleep (I think!). Looking forward to some good beer chat
