all tucked up now for an hour before I give it a stir and temp check, looking forward to the arrival of the inkbird digital thermometer as I can monitor it whilst indoors (and yes that's me in the mirror :lol:)
one hour in and it's dropped zero degrees !!
6ltrs of dunk sparge to bring preboil upto 28Ltrs
onto a rolling boil which is held really easily considering the pico has only one element ! trial of my homemade hop spider today too, with the first addition of 15g of galaxy!
chiller in and a another 45grms of galaxy
got 20Ltrs in the fv with the rehydrated nbs west coast yeast
sg of 1.070 :grin:
just got a little cleaning to do now, then its feet up :thumb:
