You can't just have a law that says you aren't allowed to take pictures up peoples skirts... some people might like having their photo taken from the point of view of an ant!

Yeah, but you can (and should) have a law that clearly states that you aren't allowed to purposefully take pictures of a sexual nature of someone without their consent.
 
Defining "a sexual nature" is a bit tricky. A photo of a granny in bloomers wouldn't be sexual but on the other hand, photographing a person eating a banana could easily be deemed as being sexual. :smile6:

A granny in bloomers would be sexual to some, pretty much any scenario you can imagine (and a few you wouldn't) would be a turn on for a few people out there.
