Hi, first batch of Coopers English Bitter in the FV, OG was 1044 and its now at 1013 after 7 days.

I intended to leave it for 14 days with the final 2 days in a cooler place, will this be okay to leave in the FV for this period or am I better bottling after say 10 days. I'm concerned that the CO2 layer may disappear once fermentation has stopped (I'm using the new coopers FV)

It would be better if you could rack it off to a clean vessel and leave cool for a few days off all the dead yeasts etc.
Have you taken the krausen ring off and just put the lid back on ?

Unfortunately no secondary FV, but Krausen removed after 4 days when it had died down.

Beer in FV still has some carbonation, should it be flat before bottling?

Give it another few days, even 14 days is not strange by any means . If the readings are steady for 2 or 3 days , id bottle :thumb:
