Hi, my cascade plant looks like it just about ready. Today some of them are just about turning slightly brown on the edges. Trouble is I think there are too many for my food dehydrator. So the question is do I harvest all of them now or just enough that fit in the dehydrator. If I harvest all of them how do I store the rest until there's room in the dehydrator. Also do I dehydrate at high temperature or low and for how long.TIA

There will always be too much for a food dehydrator.

I usually dry mine in trays in the garage but it's got too cold too early, so they're in the house. If using solid trays just remember to keep turning them as the ones underneath will stay wet and go mouldy. Bag them up with a cheap vacuum packer when dry.
