Hi Rover , I give the Hammer about a month before trying and often a lot longer ! I put some aside of everything I brewed last year so I had a good variety for Christmas, the Thor gets better the longer you leave it in my opinion.
The Thor does clear beautifully however it does get chill haze, it doesn't bother me but might bother some people.

Yes chill haze on them now,going to put a few bottles away for Christmas also.
Next time might not cold crash a few and see how turn out.
