Anyone know of any? I'm after some kit, including a smallish (40 odd litre) mash tun among other things. Everyone seems to suggest cool boxes / DJs from car boots, so I thought I'd check some out.

Can't help with Yorkshire, I'm in the NE of Scotland. One thing I would say is you may need to frequent your Carboot regularly to pick up what you want.

I go every week to mine and occasionally get a bargain associated with or can be adapted for use in brewing.

Good luck with your fosiking - (old Scots word meaning to root about). :thumb:

Try whitley bridge car boot just off the m62 @ j 34 (A19) . Or Rufforth car boot near York. I was going for quite a few weeks before I started and the only thing I found was a Wilkinson starter fv kit to make 20 pints.
Imho I think your better off looking on eBay for cheap stuff locally .
