Made a wine using Blackberry and nettle tea and apple juice kicked off really well in the FV but now I've racked it in the DJ has gone flat any suggestions anyone would be greatly recieved the only difference I've made is that I crushed a Camden tablet when racking many thanks in advanced.

I only add campden when fermentation is over completely, Rack off the lees add crushed campden. Then again if another rack is requied after a month or so. then store in bulk for as long as is required, unless of course you need the demijohn for your next brew. You may have killed your yeast to early. :(

Well that is it....init!

You add a campden tab to stop a wine! but all is not lost.

It will not kill the yeast only stun it, so give it a good aeration and it will start up again if there is still sugar present ;)

put brew back into FV left for 12 hours then back into DJ bubbling away nicely now ...many thanks for advice.
