right then, i've been a bit of a donut and i'd like to know if my schoolboy error is unfixable.
i've been brewing one can kits for a while now, doing them in my sleep pretty much, caxton real ale;very very pleasant.however whilst walking round wilkinsons i spied a woodfordes 3kg kit and thought i'd see how much the favour would improve with an all malt kit;i then didnt engage my brain and made it up exactly as you would a 1.8kg kit......1kg of sugar. donut. is the resulting forever bubbling canal water saveable or should it be returned as soon as possible to the canal?
any responses appreciated....

It will certainly be stronger than it was intended to be, and may taste a little thin, definately worth letting it ferment out and see what you think though!

cheers, thats encouraging,i'll be patient with it and see what happens then.
