Hi there has anyone used crisp hanna malt and warminster czech pilsner malt.
How do these compair and wot one is better out of the 2 .
I used hana last year with wyeast 2001 ukel
Beer was ok nothing special but think that was the yeast funny taist prob needed long rest . .
Iv got some wlp budva laying about so about to place a order but thinking somthing diffrent then my norm weyaman floor pilsner.
So warminster czech pilsner vs hanna pilsner step mash Hochkruzruz style

I've used Hanna when I tried to brew a Straropramen clone. Got good efficiency from it (overshot the numbers) and the taste was just about spot on. I got the colour completely wrong, though, as I used light crystal and I now know the colour comes from a decoction mash.

Straropramen clone nice have you got a recipee for that mate and what yeast did u use ..
I love the straropramen not the uk one tho that ok but the real one better.
I used to buy sainsburys czeck pilsner as that was the real one made for sainsburys
Wyeast dont sell that yeast no more ether Tho .
IM leaning towards the hana at min
