So yeah I haven't been on in a while!

I got a job which is good but had to move. I'm in a house share and haven't yet plucked up the courage to take over the kitchen for a day and have an FV in the corner of my room, but come summer I may think about it!

Anyway I was wondering if you had any curry recipes, I bought an electric grinder so recipes with whole spices are preferred, (I don't know the conversion of ground to whole spices) but I'll take any 'tried and tested' suggestions. Don't mind heat (doubt I'm a phaal fan though) but I can always adjust that for me anyway. I'll post one I made if I can find where I put the recipe!

I can see an indian from my door but didn't want to do that every week heh.

Surely if there's one place that would appreciate 'making it yourself' it would be here =)
