Crystal 45 v Cara Munich 120-130 EBC

Hi - noob question

I have an IPA recipe calling for Crystal malt 45 steeping grain. Am I right in thinking the 45 is Lovibond and a Cara Munich (Cristal)110-130EBC would be pretty similar stuff?

im having difficulties with sourcing the supplies here in spain - malts are listed on websites by differing names/specification. trying to match up the stuff I need.

Yeah, those 2 malts will be a similar colour; they'll taste subtly different due to different maltsters but will work fine for your recipe.
