Crushed grain in bulk

Just wondering what peoples thoughts on buying 25k bags of grain crushed.
I bought my first large sack crushed and my efficiency seems a bit low.
will the last batch of the bag be supper strong? or maybe my lack of efficiency is something else.
before this I bought 5k sacks and was hitting good OG's my last couple have been down. Went for 1049 today and hit 1042.

I never had a problem with it but I know a guy who had a sack that was crushed to fine and kept getting stuck sparges but no efficiency problems.

So probably me then lol, ill try chucking in a bit more malt on the next one...
