I've got 20 KG of this stuff and it's not listed in Brewers Friend. Which is making recipes with it tricky to say the least.

Is there something I can do to get the malt added? Or can I use something else in BF as an equivalent malt to get the recipes accurate?

Is it the pale or the extra pale? If it’s the pale I’d just stick 2-row in as its replacement, it’ll be close enough.
 
For recipe-building purposes it's close enough to ordinary Pale and Extra Pale Malt to not make a difference.
 
I agree with others you are fine to just use pale malt but you can also submit development requests via their forum.

Whilst you are there can you lend support to my request to show grain colour in ECB in the recipe builder.
