We buy this because we don't drink a lot of milk and it lasts 7 days once opened, they are starting to add Bovaer to cows feed and this has caused a bit of a stink on the internet from regular customers who don't want this adding to the feed, do you drink Cravendale will you carry on or switch brands?

It all sounds great when you watch the video but they would say that wouldn't they. :confused.:

I tried Cravendale recently for the first time in years, I tend to drink quite a lot of milk and it's been organic only for quite some time, to me Cravendale tastes like it's been watered down.

Not sure exactly what they do to it but it's pretty grim compared to even store brand organic milk.

We have gone Organic since they have started adding Bovaer.
Aldi milk is supplied by Arla so yes it contains Bovaer but they sell Organic which doesn't Chippy

It’s more finely filtered to remove more of the bacteria. Less bacteria to start with means they reproduce slower and therefore the milk takes longer to go sour. If you prefer the taste of the non filtered it’s the bacteria you like the taste of 😉

I didn't know that.

That's some tasty bacteria! :laugh8:

Bacteria people are not exposed enough to build their immune system, we now live in a sanitised world, a few years ago i witnessed a family enter a pizza place at Alton towers the bloke went to order his misses and 2 kids sat down, she the completely sprayed the table and chairs and the kids hands, my misses said i feel for those kids they will get every bug going, the whole place was looking at them in total astonishment
