That will be fine. Just watch that your fermenter isn't touching the back of the fridge or you may have half a fermenter of frozen beer. Been there, done that.

Just had to run out to garage to check!
All ok and not touching the back of the fridge phew!

Should I condition the bottled brew at 18-20c for 2 weeks then chill for testing? ;)
