Cracking site!

Hi all,

Just found this site and glad I did! I'm brand new to wine-making having been given a complete kit (except the bottles) by the manufacturers of the one sold in The Range.

A little sip just before bottling revealed it's pretty dry (too dry for me) however not as floor-cleaner-ish as I expected. It isn't however a kit I'd buy as I'm sure there are FAR better ones.

Am enjoying reading the various posts and hope to learn loads from 'You Experts'.
