Its that time of year when my allotment has load's of excess stuff. So far this year Parsnip, Carrot, Rhubarb and Blackcurrent wines are on the go, but I have far too many Courgettes (which grow to Marrow size if not picked within a day or two!), I have a recipe for Marrow wine...below, anyone ever tried it, or with courgette????
