Courgette Wine, anyone tried it????

Its that time of year when my allotment has load's of excess stuff. So far this year Parsnip, Carrot, Rhubarb and Blackcurrent wines are on the go, but I have far too many Courgettes (which grow to Marrow size if not picked within a day or two!), I have a recipe for Marrow wine...below, anyone ever tried it, or with courgette????

4 lb / 1,800 grams marrow
1 tablespoon pectin enzyme
2 tablespoons citric acid
Campden tablet
1/2 strong black tea
3 lb / 1,350 grams sugar
Water up to 1 gallon
Yeast nutrient
Wine yeast

Not tried it, but i have 8 courgette plants which are full at the moment, so will definatly be giving this ago when ther are ripe
