Corny out post question

Hi guys,

When I remove my tap from the corny out post after a drinking session as soon as I remove it beer starts firing out of it I have to let all the pressure out which is annoying everytime

Any got any suggestions? the actual poppets looks straight when I regass the keg

There is a rubber seal within the post....sometimes they are not seated correctly or worn/torn.
They are fairly easy to strip down.

What Mark said, one of mine went last weekend. It was a little washer that had gone, about the size of a 5p. Norm sells packs of washers in the correct sizes and always handy to have a spare pack :thumb:

could be a duff poppet spring too the springs sometimes get bent therefore they dont push the washer back to its proper position when you pull the disconnect off
