Hi All,

just wondering, how long could i store beer in my corny kegs? i have two batches ready for kegging.

1#before carbonating, how long could i store in keg? i.e. carbonate a few days before it will be used
2#Once carbonated, how long will the beer be good in the keg? Should i leave the gas on during this period?

my two current brews are coopers european and australian ale.

Thanks in advance.

4 or 5 years realistically . . .always assuming you are careful not to introduce air into the system once fermentation has finished.
