Regular.
Pretty similar to what Graz does.
When the keg kicks it gets rinsed thoroughly then 1l of PBW solution gets shaken up in it and some gets dispensed through the now redundant tap and lines. This is left for at least 10 mins before the keg is shaken again, inverted and PBW solution squired out of the gas in post and PRV.
10 minutes later it’s opened, scrubbed, rinsed thoroughly and filled with 1l of StarSan solution (2ml/l tap water). Lid seal is lubed and squirted with a spray bottle of StarSan made with RO water (lasts longer). Shake the keg for 1 minute, pressurise and invert, squirt sanitiser out of gas in port and PRV, leave for 2 minutes. Shake again and reconnect to the redundant tap, dispense most of the sanitiser which rinses out the cleaning solution and prevents anything growing in the system.
When it comes to filling the empty keg I just run the remainder of sanitiser out and fill back through the product out post.
I leave kegs with beer in them permanently connected to the gas and taps. If I reconnect them, posts and disconnects get a squirt of sanitiser. Haven’t had a dodgy beer in 5 years!
PS I have Perlic forward sealing SS taps.
