I have bought 10 Corny's off Norman within the last 12 months. However, recently I had 4 Out taps leaking. I contacted Norman..he told me to return them to him..which I did and he sent me 4 New posts by return post.....Only cost me postage.. 
Never met the bloke but his Corni's have always been top quality and good value. In my opinion he delivers a very fast and excellent value for money service :thumb:
