I opened a restaurant about 5 weeks ago and tried to run this as a Reuben sandwich. No uptake like at all. Very sad.

Very sad, its marvellous.
I have some to a mate of mine who died a lot of drying/curing & smoking. Absolutely loved it... I told him it was all my own work
