iv'e just bought original series coopers stout, and I am going to do it with 1kg brewing sugar, 500 grams of chocolate malt and 500 grams of treacle . do you think this would be an alright combination, and does any one know what the abv would be around with this mix for 23 litres, thanks for any advice.
