Hi
This is my second attempt at a home brew so thought I'd go with a mexican
The brew has been on 8 days an looks like it has stopped bubbling
First reading before yeast was 1034
It's now reading 1010
Does this need to come down some more ?
I'm looking a 1 tsp white sugar per 500 ml bottle
I made a cider earlier and use the same sugar to bottle ratio but the fizz in them is very weak and so is the flavour
I brewed this (lager) short as advice on here seem to suggest it an be a little weak in flavour
If anyone has any tips it would be appreciated
