Warning: "newbie first post i made a daft mistake" alert
I made the this a few weeks ago, my first attempt at a lager. 2 weeks in the fermenting bin then i put it into PET bottles with one and a half coopers carbonation drops in each. I opened a bottle last weekend (after 2 weeks in the bottle) and it was very flat and sweet-ish. Now, after doing a bit of research (and joining this forum :) ) i think that where i put them, behind the settee, was not warm enough for secondary fermentation? so ive moved them to where i usually ferment (behind the TV cabinet), which is around 20c most of the time. Is it too late to save it? or will this resurrect it, and if so, how long should i leave them there?
