I am new to brewing (3rd brew!) & my mexican cerveza is in the primary fermenter for 14 days now, I won't be able to bottle it until tuesday ; is this too long in primary FV?
& also, my little niece decided to press down on the lid yesterday thus forcing some water out of the bubbler into the brew ! will this affect it? ( the water in the bottler was sterilized ) Many Thanks !

Nah, I'd be suprised if water from the airlock would spoil the brew. Boiled water used (I do)?

I've never left mine 14 days, if left over ten at my room temp I find the secondary fermentation isn't too good.

You should be fine with the water.

As far as leaving it for 14 days . . . plus a bit more, as long as the temperature isn't to warm you'll be fine . . .If you can stick the FV outside it'll be good
