I have to say a big thanks for all the help from this site, it as all been of some use, especially seeing that i am the ubber noob when it comes to brewing.
Having purchased my first brew kit from 'Brew' forum recommendations :thumb: i chose the wherry beer kit as part of the package, it was 'ok', but a bugger to clear, so i then decided 'GO LAGER', what a choice i had, i decided on the ever popular Coopers australian lager kit, £9.99 Wilkos :thumb: Bargain :
Did the kit did the checks asked a few questions here for confirmation and back up :thumb: waited and waited (hard bit) and on my arrival from work today (5pm) i thought to myself, suns out i am hot - pour a cool lager from fridge, i did and here we all are, really nice flavour and a very smooth drink, very impressed. Off to wilkos for the wife tomorrow another lager me thinks...or shall i go for a lager?
:drunk:
