Mine went quick!
Sunday 07th Feb, 19.5 used @terrym additions.
stout recipe SG; 1.040 seemed to get to FG 1.008 by Wednesday and have stable readings today.
so thats ended up 4.2% sounds about right :)
Should I just cold crash, for a few days and bottle as per any beer?
No point leaving it in Primary any longer?

oh i see already Terrym covered this.
In any case I would be leaving it at least 10 days in the FV before I started to think about packaging. So my suggestion is to forget all about it until the middle of next week before you take the next reading.
So my question is now, should I turn the heater off or let sit unheated room?
