Anybody tried this?

I've just placed a barrels worth in my brew shed outside for clearing/conditioning.

I'm not sure if this type of kit produces a clear liquid? I will say the taste is damn good though!

Also the instructions said it should've been a 1030 for O.G. worked out at 1020. Left it for over ten days in a wine fermenter. Got down to 1006. Not a great deal of bubbles rising so decided to barrel it.

Very low alcohol content. Anybody experience this? :wha:

Just purchased the same kit today, throwing it in the fermenter tonight will let you know how it turns out. I think it only is meant to be about 3% by volume though

Been consuming the Ginger Beer for several weeks now. I doubt it'll clear, then again I don't think it's supposed to. Taste is very good, probably would do better in bottles though.
