Hi Guys

Has any one done the solomon grundy 7 day wine kit and also coopers cider?
I want to try something different but not to challenging.

Any Pointers before i buy.

I did a soloman grundy 7 day elderflower wine kit you need to add loads of sugar your better off buying the kits using pure grape concentrate

I would stay clear of the solomons 7 day. I made a red once and as already stated I had to add a huge amount of sugar and even then it turned out more like a rose. I'd also like to know where they get the 7 day idea from, atook me about 3 weeks!
