Everyone has their own personal preference, Pete ('pologies for the alliteration) and mine is 1 teaspoon of sugar per bottle. Carbonation drops are ok, and they will do the job. I just like being able to vary the measure of sugar depending on the size of the bottles.

I`m sitting here now on my sofa with an incredible coopers lager! My bottles not so good. But I've just tried the beer from my keg after 5 weeks and its perfect! Honestly guys it's just like drinking Stella artois premier straight from the fridge! Fantastic brew!
