Howdy all who here have made this.

A friend off mine have just opened his first bottle and we thinking it gone really wrong.. It taste all right but not like a wheat beer and it is crystal clear. I did not think this was even possible. Any comments would be good

thats how it comes out in imo its crap and your right nothing like a real wheat , however have a look at extract brewing and you can get a really good wheat with this method viewtopic.php?f=30&t=2672 you could use 1.5 kg of wheat dme ,1.5kg of light dme and maybe soak some grains , maybe use http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.ph ... ductId=109 and some http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.ph ... ductId=169 and try this yeast http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/index.ph ... ductId=149 , now this will add up to many £ but it will be an excellent brew
