cooler for FV's

I am trying to rig up cooling for my fvs. I have a couple of stainless steel FV's almost ready to go. I want to control temp for fermenting in one and the other for conditioning.

you would be better with a similar set up to ours a beer chiller/cooler connected with a tc 10 or something like then a product coil sitting in the fv.

For conditioning your better off with a modified fridge or freezer, as Wendy has said controlled by a TC10 or STC1000 from E-bay. Regards the beer cooler you should be able to pick a single line or double line cooler up for less then £50. If you get one with a python recirculation line you can use it straight away with a single fv.
If you want to increase the number of fv's in the future you can easily do this by making a separate reservoir and using a small pump to pump a glycol solution through the product lines of the beer cooler and then on to the product coil in the fv.
I've just done this myself but it's not seen use yet.
