Converting recipes

Hi all
I'm pretty new to all of this. Made load of kit beer back in the 80's and I can't believe the research I've done this time. I'm starting off with extract brewing utilising Clone brews recipe for Old Speckled hen. There are a few recipes I'll try in there but would really like TT Landlord. I have found loads of recipes for AG brewing clones but is there an easy way to convert an AG recipe to an DME recipe?
